EMPLOYEE0Morning Amy - not sure if you have read our FAQ re this subject or not but if not then I would recommend doing so just to udnerstand some fo the wider points involved
Normally I would recommend looking at your own registered title i.e. the register and any deed re the original sale by the developer to the first owner. This would contain information relevant to which boundaries 21 Mill Road is responsible for.
Similarly the title for the neighbouring property would also reveal which boundaries they are responsible for as well and sometimes that helps to omplete the picture.
