CANT FIND DOWNLOAD OPTION FOR PAID TITLE DEED

Not given download link to document. Just paid for title deed, given link to submit Worldpay Transaction No, which I did successfully. Where do I go to download this document. Thanks.

Jill - reads as if the download failed. What's the worldpay id please and we can check Tuesday morning to confirm?

Jill- although your card was authorised, no payment was actually taken by us for this attempt.

If you wish to try again, you will now need to log in, search and repeat the process.

When the payment is ‘authorised’ the money is ‘held’ by the bank waiting for it to be called for -  then when the download is successful the money is transferred. If the download is not successful - the holding of the money within your account is released.  We have not called for the payment and you will soon see it is in your account still.

If there is any third party software running on your  device,  such as Kaspersky Internet Security, this may result in problems and you may need to seek advice on how to resolve them. Alternatively, you could try using a different device that doesn’t have Kaspersky installed.
We recommend that you also check the settings of any third party software programmes to ensure that they do not conflict with your download.

For a successful download, after payment is 'authorised' you return to the 'Find a Property' site, to a box entitled ' Download documents'. You need to click on the underlined document you have ordered under the word 'Type', to open the file.

Kelly Jane - the transaction failed so no download was issued and no payment taken. Some banks set aside the monies ready for a successful download. However as this one failed the monies will be returned by your bank to your account. We have not taken it.

If you prefer to wait until that has happened then please do. But you will need to search and select/pay for a new download
