We have our Case Management Software integrated with Land Reg Business Gateway webservices. We receive updates by calling the webservices so the emails are unwanted and redundant. How do I stop emails being sent?

Neil - I understand that our systems have been designed to automatically generate an email notification in certain scenarios, which means that you will receive the message through both your CMS and email.

I have forwarded your comments to the External Digital Services team so that they can consider the business case and resource required to suppress email notifications for Business Gateway customers.
